Webpages slow thru 1711 router

I'm currently using a Cisco 1711 router as my NAT device between my hoe network and the Internet. Since I installed it, access to websites seem to load very slow. Is there anything that I can do to debug or fix the problem. I also noticed that if I access a Linksys router device via IE through the 1711 router out on the Inetrnet, the Linksys webpages loads very slow and sometimes doesn't load at all.. It loads fine when I eliminate going thru the Cisco 1711 router.

NAT will certainly have an effect on performance, and especially when it is a small router, you will see the effect clearly.
