CSA shim and NIC teamining?

Is the CSA network shim compatible with NIC teaming (etherchannel)? I tried installing this on a server with the Compaq/HQ 4-way NIC, and "bad things" happened. Toasted the registry for the nic drivers, blue screen, etc. Lots of fun.

Is this supposed to be compatible? I'm a bit hesitant to try again....

What version of CSA are you using?

When I search TAC cases, similar experiences show up in mid 2003, but none lately.
