CSA - troubles with installation

I want to install CSA agent on lap top Fujitsu Siemens Win XP PRO, sp1, but there comes an error message:

Error installing ikernel.exe(0xa00)

I tried it with 3 different modules and everytime it's the same error.

Can anybody help me ? Thanks in advance.

What version of CSA MC are you using? This will let us know what version the agent kits is that you are trying to deploy.

Usually, the version number is appended to the agent kits, rules, policy modules, groups, etc. Some examples are 4.0.0.119, 4.0.1.540.

It's 4.0.1.540. But don't be bothered anymore - I was not local admin, so thi is the cause for my problems. Thanks anyway.
