CSA with EIM 4.3.1

Hello I need to know how to configure step to step CSA 4.5 in EIM 4.3.1, I already install it but this csa block the service of EIM, I had to stop the CSA.

I have of logs at attach. How to configure of policy?

Now i have no clue what Cisco product EIM 4.3.1 is, but the logs from the agent you installed shows its a standalone agent, there is nothing to configure, you need to make sure its the correct standalone agent, as the policy is locked to the agent,  and that you are using the correct version of it, the one you installed is a very old one, version 4.5.
