What platforms is this supported on. I have heard conflicting views. I have read it is only supported on Windows 2000/NT but I have also read that there is a UNIX version. Would very much appreciate if somebody could clarify this.

There is a Windows and a UNIX version (part no. CSU-2.3 CiscoSecure ACS 2.3.6 UNIX).

However, there is also now an integrated HW/SW solution on offer which seems quite a neat idea to me.
