Currently i am preparing for CSS1(cisco security
specialist) exam . I had passed MCNS . Now CSPFA , CSVPN & CSIDS
has left .New exam will be started from 28th feb . Lets say if
i can pass only only 2 or 3 exams out of 4 exams so after that
can i take new format exam in order to complete my css1 ? In
other words can i mix new and old exams format even after 28th
feb ?

I ran across this the other day on the Career Certs and Paths Program update section:
"10/04/02 - Three new security exams, which include simulation questions, have been released. MCNS 640-100, CSPFA 9E0-111, and CSVPN 9E0-121. Prior versions of the exams are scheduled to retire February 28, 2003. Security Specialist 1 candidates may mix and match older and newer versions of the exams in each category."
Looks like you in good shape!
