Dbase Application

Hello,

I have Dbase server which is running on UNIX. That I will see with webpage like as other web server. Now I put firewall, so I have done static for that IP. From Inside that thing is working, from outside that is not working. I have written access-list for specific IP to allow outside for web. But still I am not got getting that thing. What I have to do?

where does the Dbase server sit?
