Does PIX 501 (ios 6.2) support NTP and turbo ACLs? When I do question mark under config t ntp is not displayed. Same applies to turbo ACL option.

I haven't found any info that 6.2 is on 501 is a limited version and doesn't support them.

Any advices?

turbo acl is not supported on pix with less than 16M ram, which includes the 501. this is mentioned in the command reference under access lists. ntp should work.

If you try to compile an access-list with "access-list compiled" on a PIX-501, you will receive a message that the 501 do not support Turbo ACLs.

Since all PIX-501s actually have 16MB og SDRAM, I am not sure why this is the case. This is possibly some of the functionality they had to eliminate to get by with 8 MB of Flash (incl. PDM).

pixfirewall access-list ?

The PIX-501 actually lists "compiled" as a valid keyword on the 501, but that must be a bug... ;-)

The NTP command is actually a bit misplaced in the command listing from:

pixfirewall ?

It is listed after object-group, but it is there and it works. I am currently running it on my PIX-501 using Finesse 6.2(2). It is even supported in PDM 2.02...
