Encryption solution for Channelized T1 and DS3 links?

I am looking for an encryption solution for a customer with more than 40 offices.

I wish to use Channelized T1 and DS3 circuits at HQ with T1 and fractional T1 at remote offices.

Is there any encryption solution for such a network? If yes, what will be the performance penalty? What should be router configuration if I were to use the full available line bandwidth?

You will want a 7200 at the HQ to support not only the DS3 but also the amount of traffic you plan for the VPNs. The remote offices can use a 1750 router. All of the software configs can be obtained from the examples on CCO.
