error 414

i have two profile to connect one gets connected fine through tcp or udp but if i try another profile it gives me error "Error 414: Failed to establish a TCP connection." I found something that said to try channging to UDP. When I trid that, it changed to "Error 412: The remote peer is no longer responding." Thank you for any help/insight!

This message indicates that the VPN Client has lost contact with the head end. This usually occurs with NAT connections that go idle with no traffic
