error deployment

i'm using vms 2.2 and IDS MC to configure my IDSM2.

-i can ping the module, the connection status on security monitor (on vms) is connected. So i assume the network is OK and the general signature also works well.

But when i tried to deploy my pending job on IDS MC, i've got error on the history status.

-i'm also cannot open IDS Device manager (https://xx.xx.xxx.xx). i've got this error :

The requested URL could not be retrieved , connection failed, (65) no route to host, the remote host or network may be down

why this problem happened??

for your information, before this problem happened, i've upgrade the service pack s61 and signature s85. When this problem happened, i try to downgrade back to default version (s47) but it just downgrade the signature, not service pack. Are this service pack probably causes the problem above ??

one more thing, how can i go back to default ios configuration (including default service pack and signature). The erase command just erase the configuration like ip add. and so on, but not ios upgrade or signature.
