Error when sync Profiler and CAM

hi expert team ,

i have problem regarding sync profiler and cam .. i runing on this command [beacon@QAProfiler2 ~]$service profiler setupccakey and appear error.

any idea to solve this problem ?

Hi,

The Profiler dos SSH connection to the CAM.

It looks like the DNS resolution is failing for the ssh connection, hoever the synchronization is successfull.

Are you using hostname based certs?

If yes, are the hostnames resolvable?
