Firewall ports open for Ciscoworks V2.2

I have a question, we have a Ciscoworks 2.2 server we just installed that is placed behind our firewall. It is on the same VLAN as our servers, which are also blocked from other internal VLAN's. Which ports need to be opened internally for the server to manage desktops with CSA installed? I've been looking all over and can't find the answer I'm looking for. Thanks for any help you may have.

CSAgent to VMS/CSAMC communication is on TCP port 5401 with a fallback to 443 if 5401 is not available, so either one of these will need to be opened through to the server.

Browser to CSAMC communication needs TCP ports 1741 (http), 1742 (https) and 443 (https). This is only if you want to access the CSA Management Center screen from one of these PC's.
