Flaw with Cisco's implementation of SSH??

I could be wrong, but so far I have been unable to find a doc saying otherwise. Essentially what I need to do is SSH to a 6500 switch that doesnt have tacacs's on it. One flaw is i cant figure out how to send a blank username through to the switch. And unfortunatly I dont know of a way to add a username to a CatOS. So my questions is, does anyone know how not to pass a username through when SSH'ing into a box. Thanks in advance!!

You need to be running CatOS version 7.5.1 minimum to use local username's

e.g.

"set localuser user admin password cisco"
