I was trying to upgrade using Cisco's Product Upgrade Tool, but when I entered the Sales Order number, it says "Warranty Number provided is Expired. Please re-enter." What's the process for getting the upgrade? Do I need to purchase the maintenance for 2.0 first then use the Product Upgrade Tool to request for an upgrade? Or can I just purchase the upgrade directly from Cisco? Please advice, thanks!
