HOW TO ADD MEMBERS TO THE CISCO SUPPORT PORTAL

Hello Guys,

Can anyone let me know the steps to add a member to the cisco portal?

I need to create a new account for our team to view,create,manage inventory,raise RMA's,download software updates and all the privileges that is required for full operation and management of the devices  but I am new the cisco security world and clearly have no idea on how to.

Any help is appreciated!!!

They need to each create a CCO account and then add the SmartNet contracts to their accounts and they will have access to download the software you are provisioned for, open TAC cases, etc.
