How to get white listed?

My domain was hosted on Wordpress and got hacked and access denied by Cisco. Now I have moved my domain to Google but still I get this message when I try to view my site

Access Denied

The http://www.[mydomain].dk/ has been deemed by your administrator to be unsafe or unsuitable for you to access. The resource has been blocked. No further action is required.

Reason: Reputation-Viruses

So how do I get white listed with cisco again?

for this is better you coordinate with you ISP to resolve the issue and you also need to get you code recheck before uploading and cleaned by the web administrator may be the hacker left some code to be download to the client how ever view you website.
