Re: Issue to integrate with CSM

Hi,

I am using the MARS local controller with 6.0.4.3229 software. I was integrated MARS with CSM 3.2 and it was working fine. Now I decommission the present CSM server and install CSM 3.3 on new server. I remove the previous CSM configuration from MARS and add the new CSM configuration in MARS and also undated the configuration necessary in CSM.

Now when I am doing the policy query in MARS, its gives me the below error.

"An error occurred while querying policies from Cisco Security Manager. There may be a temporary connectivity problem with Cisco Security Manager Device. Retry the operation after 1-2 minutes."

I verified the all the communication, applied all the pending jobs in CSM, restart both CSM and MARS but still the error is the same.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hello,

This is really strange if you was do all configuration correctly...

Make sure that you add CS-MARS ip in CSM Administration tab correctly.
