I have a few issues regarding my account being used & abused, and my University's 'remote-only' IT policy (i.e. no IT support on Campus or in Person or on any Labs).
I am having some 'computer problems' - was told there are "no problems".
I am looking for some help in identifying the issues I found (I am an MD/MSc. Biotech Student) - some 'tech experience' - but this is a bit 'over my head'. I have reported findings to whomever I can, but that doesn't - actually lead to any response. (i.e. perhaps making IOCs available to many many security providers to train them helps, but that doesn't really translate down to the 'me' portion of things. I was treated 'not so nicely' by those who are 'supposed to protect my PII and such', and was told "there are no problems".
Can anyone find any blatantly obvious problems here? Off-Campus remote IT teams think there are no issues here, logging onto anything on campus with a device running all of this.

Does anyone have a potential 'diagnosis' or 'treatment' ?
It is really interfering with my studies, work, etc.
