Linux 2.6.5 / Cisco client 4.0.4 (B) can't get connection

Below is the response I get from the vpn client. Does anyone know what might be going on?

Most likely the client cannot import the User portion of the certificate because the private keys were not exported. When the user

enrolls for their certificate, the certificate must be created so that the private key can be exported.
