Load balancing 3005 concentrators with a backup concentrator

I have a cluster of 3 3005 concentrators at one site with a backup 3005 at another site. Our dial in users have a problem where they try to connect to the cluster, receive a real address of a cluster 3005, tries to connect to the device, and after 6 seconds initiates a connection to the backup concentrator. The cluster concentrator is active and working (tested a connection directly). Is there a connection timer on the client that can be tweaked?

If I remember correctly, if VRRP is configured on a VPN Concentrator, you cannot also enable load balancing. I guess, this is what is making your setup fail.

We are not using VRRP, only load balancing.
