MARS not recognizing ASA firewall

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting MARS to recognize logs from one ASA firewall. I have several other firewalls added and everything's ok, but with this specific fw, the logs are received from "Unknown Reporting Device". The reporting IP is correct becouse I checked it with Wireshark on another machine to be sure.

Ca you tell me how to investigate/troubleshoot this?

Just basic check.  The MARS must have the device added to into it's inventory for it to know who the log is coming from.  Have you added the ASA to the MARS and hit the "Discover" button?
