In IOS, you can specify a timeout value for incomplete logins to SSH on the vty lines:
IP SSH TIME_OUT 60
Is there an equivalent command in NX-OS?

Unfortunately, no.
You have to clear lines manually to terminate inactive ssh sessions on an NX-OS device.
