packets are dropping between different zones

There is a packet loss between two zones.i.e FTP SERVER(zone1) is showing connection loss daily 5 to 7 times to DATABASE servers(zone2) in its log file. The n/w was good before implementation of zones and when all in the same subnet.Please post your comments its very urgent.

There is not information on this issue. We need syslog messages from the time when packets are getting dropped. need the version information and relevant IP address information.
