If I understand your question correctly, you want to distribute the VPN profile to other users without having to tell them the group name and password?
To do this you simply need to create the profile on your machine and test it to make sure it works as desired and then once that is complete you can copy the .pcf file from the following directory:
:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\VPN Client\Profiles
From there you can have your users either import the .pcf file, or you can place the .pcf file in the same dir listed above on their machine. (Note: The "Profiles" directory does not get create until a profile is created on a machine, so if using the second option of pasting the .pcf directly, you may need to create the "Profiles" directory first)
