peer to peer blocking ports

i have a cisco pix 506 and i'd like to block the use of peer to peer software.

What are tcp/udp ports i have to drop?

What are the rules i have to insert in my pdm?

It's not as simple as just blocking ports, as most of the P2P programs use random ports. I wrote this a while ago which may help:
