Reports status waiting in Security Monitor of Ciscow works

Hi

I am using Cisco works for configuring and monitoring IDS .I am able to configure IDS through IDS MC of cisco works.Now I am facing a problem with Security monitor,even though security monitor for IDS is showing events,when I am trying generate report it's showing the status waiting and it's not generating any reports.How can I fix this

I solved it,It was the problem with IDC MC server
