Required help for Cisco URT...

Hi,

I have URT deployed in my network.I am facing some problem with it.Whenever a user loged into his system, one script runs and it copied some file into c:/winnt/system32 folder and some files

into %temp% folder.I have disabled access of c: drive for all the users,now users are not able to get corerct ip and Vlan through URT.Everytime we need to login into pc by using admin user and copy those files. Can some one help me to resolve this issue???Can i change the script so that it will copy the files somewhere else.

Which version of user registration tool are you using? Please check whether every thing is fine when you assign static ip address in the range of the vlan. If it works fine then probably the problem will be due to the blocking of the dhcp broadcasts
