Router Scalability for supporting MPLS-VPNs

Can anyone pl provide info on how many vrf instance can I run on a cisco 72xx, 74xx, 36xx series routers to support MPLS VPNs, these are to be used as PE routers and supporting Inter-AS MPLS VPNs.

What is the min memory and CPU utilization needed on these routers for a service provider PoP.
