Sensor Connection Status Indeterminant. How to Fix?

I recently remimaged the application partition on a 4.x sensor from the recovery partition. I manually updated it to s100 and generated new ssh and tls keys, Deleted the origional reference to the sensor in IDSMC. Re-Added it to the IDSMC and then Re-Imported it to Security Monitor.

Problem: The Sensor shows a connection status in SecMon of Indeterminant?

Does anyone know what this error means and how to fix it? No alarms are being passed to SecMon.
