I hope someone can help me because I am out of ideas and they deigned to not purchase a support contract for this firewall. To cut straight to it. When ASDM tries to reach the SFR module it reports that it hits a fatal error relating to an unknown certificate. snip of the pertinent packets included.
What do I have to do to resolve this? I feel like I've been through every troubleshooting article I could find and nothing has helped.
