signature revision

In Sig 102 there is a Cisco ID CSCef116699 against signature 3340.0 Windows Shell External Handler and it was disabled. Is there a way to view the details of why this signature was diasbled using the ID CSCef116699 or sig ID?

Site searching does not produce any information.

Actully that bug ID is incorrect, the actual bug number is CSCef15504. Sorry for any hassles, I'll make sure the documentation people are updated.
