SNMP tslineuser variable

Dears,

I'm using a 5350 Access Server (2 x E1 interfaces + 60 digital modems).

The IOS is 12.2(2) XB3 Early Deployment Release Software.

In order to know who is logging in the port x, I need to read the snmp variables "tslineuser" which have an objectid = 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.9.2.1.18.x, where x is the port number. These object ids and other object ids belongs to the terminal service table. The access server accepts the SNMP request but the answer is an empty string (it does not report an error) . All the other object ids from the table can be read correctly.

Besides I have a router 3620 with an E1 interface and 30 digital modems running IOS 12.0 and the same request works fine.

Is this a bug of the IOS 12.2 or a misconfiguration of the some parameter?

Thanks in advance.

If the same configuration works on 3620, it is no different to do on the AS5350, it could be a bug on 5350 in my opinion. To confirm this, i would suggest you open a TAC case and they will confirm it for you.
