We just got these in and we went with the spinning disk. Cisco is horrible on the pricing of SSDs and yes, they would be better. We ordered 2x 3755 (4 disks) and 1x 3715 (1 disk) and for the 9 disks total to be changed to SSD the upcharge was ~$14,000. We could not justify paying it for a little boot time when out 3500s are HDD and work fine.
