SSH/CLI Access to Cisco ThreatGrid Appliance!!

Hi Team,

 

We lost the CLI/SSH access to the Cisco ThreatGrid appliance. We tried to re-generate keys via putty keygen and uploaded public key on the Cisco TG appliance and saved it as well.

 

However whenever we initiate SSH connection via putty with private key uploaded we get the key error. And it prompts for username and password on the Cisco TG blue screen and it fails with wrong password.

 

We repeated the process on 2-3 machines however are seeing similar behavior on all machines. Please suggest if anyone else has seen any similar issues. Any inputs to alleviate the situation will be highly appreciated!!
