When I'm accessing information on the MARS via. web interface, the console starts complaining about temperature.

I've checked and all fans (power supply, case fans, CPU fan) seem to be blowing air properly. The MARS sits in our AC-cooled data center and System Temperature usually runs around 24-26 degrees. I've seen the CPU run anywhere from 45-72 degrees, however it's normally between 48-53 degrees.
Is this normal/ to be expected?
