I am trying to upgrade a 3002 but not while connected to the 3005 from the remote site. I need to send this unit out basically plug and play. I am trying to upgrade it while consoled in and connected to a private interface to my PC(even tried the public) but can't get anywhere doing it the way the guide says. Even TAC is stumped as to why it won't upgrade. Any similar situations out there? I have 2 units that I got at the same time and they both will not upgrade.
