Version 6.3 and version 5.3

I have just upgraded my pix 515 from version 5.3 to 6.3. If I do a show version it now shows 6.3. But, if I do a show config the first line says "Pix Version 5.3(1)." I am wondering if my upgrade is not complete. Does anybody know what is going on? By the way the pix is passing internet traffic as usuall. My only concern is that the upgrade is not complete.

Have you tried doing "write mem"? if "show version" shows the running version to be 6.3, then it should be 6.3
