WebVPN Java Issues

WebVPN works fine. However, when running a certain application from our Microsoft SBS 2003, I get Java errors and certain pages won't open. The application is using Java 1.4.2 and we are using a VPN Concentrator 3005. Does the 3005 have backwards Java compatibility?

Look over the following URL and make sure you have the Javascript enabled correctly for the Internet Browser you are using.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2284/products_getting_started_guide_chapter09186a008015cdfc.html

We're using Netscape 7.1 and IE 6.0. What are the Javascript settings for these browsers?

The application we are attempting to run uses port 8080. Do I need to do a "Port Forwarding" to allow users access to the application? If so, what port should it be redirected too?

If it is a Java applet there will be issues. Correct me if i'm wrong, but WebVPN does not support java rewriting.

We cannot use WebVPN w/ citrix because of this. Though they are looking into it.
