"Administrator only" does not sound like a response caused by the PIX. It does sound like a Windows Group Policy or local security policy however. Ensure you don't have a policy that disables this function. Run gpedit.msc on the server to find out.

Yes, i did , but the problem still found . Microsoft return the problem to four causes :
server is behind firewall
you did'nt logged as an administrator
the group policy
one of registry files is corrupted

Unless you have an access-list that denies the traffic, by default the firewall allows all traffic originating from inside. I run Windows Update on my servers inside without any problems.
So, I would tend to think that since you ARE logged in as admin, and you verified the GPO using gpresult.exe or equivalent tool... the problem may be with the registry being corrupted.
As an alternative to WU, download each hotfix and install manually with or without qchain.
Also, if you discover the problem is with the PIX, let us know...

I agree. I don't remember what was the resolution for this problem when we had this. Only few machines were not getting windows update. Try updating other machine also.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks,
