I have a cusomer that wants to allow 2 IP's to get Youtube access and block everyone else. They have a 5510 with the SSM-10 running

I have a global block list for YouTube and other sites that is working, and created new policy that only blocks a few sites for 2 IP's, and should allow Youtube through, but it isnt working. Is there something else Ineed to do? The policy has priority 1 on it.
