Exporting DUO Proxy logs into XML file

Is there a tool I can use to read DUO Proxy log file and export it to a XML or CSV file? The process must be automatics. I need this file to compare it with AD and Firewall access log. If no tool is available, can you provide step by step instruction on how to read and convert the log file?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
