I am looking for the following guide:  Cisco Physical Access Manager Mercury Hardware User Guide

But I seem to be unable to find it.  There are refrences to it in the user guides of the PAM.  But that seems to be it.

Can anyone help?

The CPAM (Cisco Physical Access Manager) product can not be used with Mercury panels.  Only Cisco Access Control modules are supported for attachment to the CPAM server for an Access Control system.  Mercury panel support was removed from the project before FCS, and all manuals and references in the software have been removed.
