Hey Giri,
Try entering the following command to see which process is causing it.
show processes cpu-usage sorted non-zero

ASA is probably being overwhelmed by high volume of traffic.
If you have monitoring software that monitors network, you can look for the top talker and that may be your culprit.
Do a show interface and look for errors.
Do a show traffic and verify if any interfaces have a high volume of traffic flowing through it.
You can look in the syslog or syslog collector, if you are using one, and see whats going on.
According to a Cisco doc, a common problem is due to a traffic loop when vpn clients disconnect. Here is a link that gives solutions to the problem.
Here is another cisco doc(monitoring and troubleshooting ASA)
Hope this helps...

Hey cehill,
do you have any idea how to mitigate dispatch issue?
any special command for this?
Thank you
Giri dangi

You'll have to determine cause before you mitigate the issue. The commands and links that I listed above are a start.
