VSOM Camera error

I am getting the attached error when attempting to add two cameras that are in a remote subnet to VSOM. I havent been able to find documentation regarding this error specifically. I am able to view the camera streams on the webpages for the respective cameras, but cannot see the feeds in VSOM. VSOM version is 7.9, cameras are IP 3050 on the 2.9.0 firmware.

Hi,

VSM server is trying to push the configuration, which is unable to save on the camera.

1. Try rebooting the camera and replace configuration.

2. Validate if the supported configuration is applied like resolution, FPS, bit rate & dual stream config.

if you are still experiencing issue.

3. share the output of the below command from media server while you perform replace configuration.

# tail -f /usr/BWhttpd/logs/ims.log
