ISE backup restore hanging

I'm trying to restore ISE backup using the FTP server and it hangs at 80% showing the following message:

performing ISE database synchup...80% completed

Couple of questions:

1. How long did you give the system to complete restore?

2. Are you restoring the admin db or the monitor one?

3. Are you restoring a backup taken from the same version of ISE that is running on the new device?

Hi Neno

Sorry to have wasted your time, I figured the problem was the patch. I did not load the patch after I did the new install. problem is now sorted.
