My customer has purchased a half dozen room kit pros and a couple room kit pluses. They require software upgrades, but I'm seeing where I have to have a CISCO service contract account to get the new firmware.
Is it possible that since we've purchased the devices that we have some kind of baked in permission to upgrade them without a service contract to access the downloads? I feel like purchasing the codecs should me we could keep them current.
I've been googling but all roads lead back to that answer.
