PSS API Outage?

It seems that the API described here: https://docs.cloudapps.cisco.com/pss/APIDevGuide/pss_api_service_calls.html

...has stopped working on a customer-by-customer basis since yesterday.

  1. We are getting 401 HTTP responses from the OLD auth URL
  2. We are getting 200 HTTP responses from the NEW auth URL
  3. Using the new token, calling (for example) getCustomersInventoryIds we get 596 from apix.cisco.com (Mashery).

It's possible that we're just calling the wrong URL, but the documentation via the URL above has not been updated, so we've no idea what we should be calling.

The documentation says to review https://apiconsole.cisco.com/docs/pssv1/downloads for the WADL, but this 404s.

We suspect that Cisco have forgotten to move this set of API calls to the new authentication scheme.

This is a BLOCKER for anyone using this API.

Please advise.
