Request for Increased API Rate Limit for Cisco EOX Data

I am writing to request an increase in the rate limit for the Cisco EOX Data API. Currently, the limit is set at 5000 hits per day per credential. Our application heavily relies on real-time data from this API, and we are exceeding this limit due to the volume of requests required for our operations. Is there any options for unlimited hits per day to EOX API?

Increasing the rate limit will significantly improve our service quality and user experience. If there are any prerequisites or additional information required, please let me know.
