Hi,
I have a RV345 and the password of the 'cisco' user is expired and I'm asked to change it. When changing I get an error that my request was rejected. I have tried many combination but nothing works.
What can I do about this issue other then factory reset?
Thanks!

Are you sure about the old password ?

Yes, because before getting to this page "edit user account" I have to log in. If using a wrong "old" password it fails at this point and I don't get the "edit user account" page.

- Make sure the new password is not too exotic (for testing) , and or use another browser as a sanity check.

Same router here, and same problem. Absolutely sure that the old expired password is the right one, and that the new one fulfills all requirements (and more). Still not able to update.
